Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the sel808 website accessible at sel808.cam and any associated mobile applications or service interfaces.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the sel808 Platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the individual gaming account created by a Member upon registration, used to access the Platform's services, manage funds, and place wagers.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Member's Account, comprising the Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member from their own verified payment source, and any winnings derived from real-money wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by sel808 under the terms of a specific bonus offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiplier applied to a Bonus Balance amount, representing the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by sel808 prior to a Member's first withdrawal and at any subsequent point deemed appropriate by the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone applicable to Jakarta and the majority of Indonesia's population, used as the default reference for all transaction timestamps and draw schedules on sel808.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described in Clause 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, arbitrage, and the use of automated betting software.

To register and maintain an active account on sel808, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. sel808 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age verification.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users. sel808 primarily serves players located in Indonesia.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of sel808 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or gaming content partners.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from sel808 or placed on any exclusion register communicated to sel808 by a responsible gaming body.
6. You must be of sound mind and not registering or wagering under the influence of substances or circumstances that impair your capacity to understand and accept this Agreement.

Registration on sel808 is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals. The following conditions apply to the account registration process:

• Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile number and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• sel808 will treat any action taken using valid account credentials as authorised by the registered account holder. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify sel808 support immediately at [email protected].
• sel808 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

sel808 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. The following requirements apply:

• KYC verification is required before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed. sel808 may also request KYC documentation at any subsequent point, including when a Member's cumulative transaction volume exceeds specified thresholds.
• Accepted identity documents for Indonesian players include: a valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required, including bank account statements or e-wallet screenshots confirming the account is held in the Member's verified name.
• KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital copies (JPEG, PNG, or PDF format). Incomplete, edited, or unreadable submissions will be rejected and the Member notified to resubmit.
• sel808 will process complete KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours during standard business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests are held pending KYC clearance.
• Submitting false, forged, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

sel808 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own verified legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and will be reversed.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though sel808 may apply individual limits based on account risk assessment.
• Deposits are credited to a Member's Account upon confirmed receipt of funds by sel808's payment processor. For bank transfers, this is typically within 1 to 5 minutes of a successful transfer during banking hours.
• sel808 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which sel808 accepts no responsibility.
• sel808 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where unusual deposit patterns are identified.
• Deposited funds held in a Member's Real Money Balance do not accrue interest.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's verified legal name. sel808 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Members wishing to withdraw larger amounts must submit multiple requests on separate business days, subject to approval.
• Withdrawal reques ts are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking window.
• sel808 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions. However, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees.
• A Member's first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification as detailed in Clause 4. Subsequent withdrawals may also trigger additional verification at sel808's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under security review; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal amount includes funds derived from suspected Prohibited Conduct.
• sel808 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Member's Account Balance if the request cannot be completed for technical or compliance reasons, in which case the Member will be notified promptly.

sel808 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a Member's Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion may be transferred to the Real Money Balance or requested for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be fully wagered within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• sel808 reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute toward wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise: sportsbook bets contribute 100%; live casino bets contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%; and progressive jackpot games contribute 0% toward bonus wagering.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• sel808 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the outstanding Bonus Balance will be voided.
• sel808 also reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in low-risk, high-frequency wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage genuinely with the Platform's game content.

sel808 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, permanent closure with full forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino table games, and sports betting syndicates designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool designed to automate betting decisions, place bets at speeds beyond human capability, or exploit latency in the Platform's pricing systems.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting differences between sel808's odds and those of other platforms in a manner that guarantees risk-free profit regardless of outcome, particularly where this exploits bonus funds.
• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using sel808's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to transfer, layer, or obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activities. sel808 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies on anti-money laundering investigations.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place wagers through your Account, regardless of whether that third party is known to you personally.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits that have been validly credited and wagered on sel808.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Members who discover errors are required to report them to sel808 support immediately.

sel808 employs real-time fraud detection algorithms and human review teams operating 24/7 (WIB). Members suspected of Prohibited Conduct will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. sel808's determination of whether Prohibited Conduct has occurred is final and binding.

All content on the sel808 Platform — including but not limited to the sel808 brand name, logo, visual identity, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sel808 or its licensed content partners, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sel808 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sel808 content without prior written consent from sel808's legal team.
• Game content and software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sel808's total liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall be limited as follows:

• sel808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• sel808 shall not be liable for any disruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform caused by: (a) circumstances beyond sel808's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, Nyepi public holidays, Idul Fitri network congestion periods, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages; (b) scheduled or emergency maintenance; or (c) cyberattacks or distributed denial-of-service events.
• sel808 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Member as a result of that Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• In all cases where sel808's liability cannot be excluded by law, sel808's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to their Account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this Clause limits sel808's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by sel808's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

sel808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including eligibility violations, KYC non-compliance, or Prohibited Conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request within 14 calendar days of the request being issued.
• Identification of a Member as appearing on any sanctions list, politically exposed persons (PEP) register, or self-exclusion register communicated to sel808.
• A Member's voluntary request to close their account, submitted in writing to [email protected].

Upon termination for cause, sel808 reserves the right to retain any funds in the Member's Account pending investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, verified Real Money Balance funds (net of any applicable deductions arising from Prohibited Conduct) will be returned to the Member's verified payment source where required by applicable law.

A Member who wishes to close their account voluntarily should contact sel808 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the Member's most recently verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

sel808 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to reduce existing limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion from sel808. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be activated within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications can be enabled to remind Members of the duration of their current session and their net wagering position.

sel808's collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on sel808, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, sel808 collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. sel808 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data handling practices, retention periods, and Member rights under applicable data protection frameworks are set out in the Privacy Policy.

sel808 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will apply to material amendments:

• sel808 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice of material changes to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which any amendment takes effect.
• Continued use of the sel808 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If a Member does not accept the revised Terms & Conditions, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sel808 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia applicable to a Member resident in Indonesia, such mandatory provisions shall take precedence over the conflicting provision of this Agreement to the minimum extent required by law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through sel808's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights, prevent ongoing fraud, or preserve evidence.
