• "KYC Data" means the identity and document verification information submitted by a Member as part of the Know Your Customer verification process, including government-issued identity documents, selfie images, and proof of payment method.
• "Cookies" means small text files placed on a Member's device by the sel808 Platform for the purposes of session management, preference storage, and analytics.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone applicable to Jakarta and the majority of Indonesia, used as the default timestamp reference for all data processing records.

This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected by sel808 in connection with the operation of the sel808 Platform accessible at sel808.cam. It applies to:

• All registered Members, regardless of their geographic location, who access sel808's services.

7. Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated and anonymised usage data to improve the Platform's functionality, game selection, and user experience. This analysis does not involve the use of individually identifiable Personal Data.
8. Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to Members who have opted in to receive such communications. Members may opt out at any time.

• Contractual Necessity: Processing that is required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you accepted at registration — including account management, payment processing, and customer support — is carried out on the basis of contractual necessity.

• Payment Service Providers: Indonesian bank transfer facilitators and e-wallet processors (including partners supporting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja integrations) receive the minimum transaction data required to execute deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC & Identity Verification Partners: Third-party providers engaged to assist with document verification receive KYC Data solely for the purpose of verifying Member identity. These providers operate under binding data processing agreements with sel808.
• Game Content Providers: Studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft receive session identifiers and game-result data required to operate their games within the sel808 environment. No directly identifiable personal information beyond a pseudonymous player identifier is transmitted to game studios.
• Technology & Infrastructure Partners: Cloud hosting providers, content delivery networks, and cybersecurity vendors that support the operation of sel808's platform infrastructure may process technical data as part of their service delivery, subject to contractual data protection obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to any identifiable individual. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

As a Member of sel808, you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data. • Right of Access: You have the right to request confirmation of whether sel808 holds Personal Data about you, and to receive a copy of that data in a structured, commonly used format.

sel808 will respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.

sel808's Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. sel808 does not knowingly collect, store, or process Personal Data belonging to persons under the age of 21.

If sel808 becomes aware that Personal Data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant Personal Data will be securely deleted upon conclusion of any legally required retention or investigation period.

Parents and guardians who believe that a minor in their care may have registered an account on sel808 are urged to contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. sel808 will investigate and take appropriate action as a matter of priority.

sel808 operates a platform that serves Members primarily located in Indonesia. In the course of providing its services, Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Indonesia, including the jurisdiction in which sel808 holds its international gaming licence and where its cloud infrastructure providers maintain data centres.

Where such international transfers occur, sel808 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data to a standard equivalent to that described in this Policy. Safeguards may include:

• Binding data processing agreements with third-party processors that incorporate internationally recognised data protection clauses.
• Transfer to jurisdictions that maintain data protection standards deemed adequate by reference to internationally recognised frameworks.
• Technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest, as described in Clause 9, which apply regardless of the geographic location of data processing infrastructure.

By registering an account on sel808 and accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer of your Personal Data as described in this Clause, subject to the safeguards set out above.

sel808 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. The following process applies to material amendments:

• sel808 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice of material changes to registered Members via email to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
• The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment.
• Continued use of the sel808 Platform following the effective date of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in the Terms & Conditions.
